Exchanges & Returns: Unopened items can be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value, while partial refunds will be given for opened items returned within 10 days of delivery. Special order items can not be returned.

Delivery times: In-stock products will be processed in 1-3 days and delivered within Japan in 7 days.

Accepted payment methods: Credit cards or via local bank transfer

Payment period: Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent within 3 days of date of order.
